THE STEPS IN A PROGRAMME

STEP 1

You have a free discovery call with me to see if and how I can help you.

STEP 2

Start your programme with a Framework Session to deep dive into your desired outcomes, set the programme goals and identify key steps.

STEP 3

For the duration of your programme you’ll meet your coach who will challenge and encourage you as you take steps in pursuit of your goals.

STEP 4

End with a Celebration Session. Celebrate your successes and chart your next journey of expansion.
